As an intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ social media presence is engaging, responsive, and aligned with their brand voice.

What you will do

Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Assist in planning and scheduling engaging content, including posts, stories, and interactive campaigns.
Build and nurture online communities by fostering conversations and encouraging user interaction.
Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports on audience behavior and campaign performance.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance community engagement.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Support in identifying and engaging with influencers or brand advocates to expand community reach.

Qualification Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, with a flair for engaging online audiences.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Creativity and enthusiasm for crafting engaging and interactive social media content.
Ability to analyze metrics and provide insights on social media performance.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
